Our Family
Rob and Natalie Marsh both grew up in Hebron, went off to college, married, and returned to raise their family. Rob is a 6th generational farmer and farms with his family here in Thayer County. Natalie has a background in healthcare and enjoys serving and taking care of people, especially those in her community and surrounding area.
They have 4 daughters, Addie, Leah, Brynn, and Kora, that attend Thayer Central Community Schools. The girls stay busy with academics and athletics.

At Blue Bison, we are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality food and service. Our journey began when Natalie finally convinced Rob to buy a restaurant! Natalie's wish was granted when they purchased Blue Bison from Rick and Deb Gillham in 2024. Today, we strive to offer a diverse menu filled with flavorful dishes that are sure to satisfy any palate.
